Located at 143rd and Morris Ave Bronx, NY. There are a combined total of 201 affordable apartments in this development that serve low-income families earning up to 60 percent and 80 percent ofs earning up to 60 percent and 80 percent of Area Median Income as well as formerly homeless individuals and families. The project also contains 31,000 S/F of ground floor retail and parking for 120 cars.
Located at 1752 Walton Ave & 112 Henwood PL Bronx, NY. Walton contains 70 units and Henwood has 25 units, for a total of 105 units of affordable housing in these two buildings
Located at 679 Van Sideren Ave & 170 New Lots Ave Brooklyn, NY. The 155,000-square-foot complex will include 130 affordable rental apartments and more than 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail and community space.
Project to be complete by February 2020
Located at 321 E. 60th St Manhattan, NY. The 25,000 square foot building contains 21 residential units. The building is 100% permanently affordable to low-income households.
