Located at 3556-3620 Webster Avenue in the Bronx, NY. Is a 470,000 S/F project comprised of 484 affordable housing units in five buildings.  The five buildings known as A, B, C, D and E include one senior, two low income family and two middle income family buildings.

NYSAFAH 2016 Project of the Year

Located at 1334 Louis Nine Blvd & 870 Jennings St Bronx, NY. This project Louis Nine Apt low income with a total of 123 units and Jennings St  moderate income with a total of 84 units, includes 41,000 S/F of ground floor retail and parking for 100 cars.     

Located in 1115 Intervale Ave Bronx, NY. The building is an eight-story, mid-rise residential building containing 47 units for independent senior households. Apartments are reserved for low-income households with residents aged 55 years and older. 

Located at 143rd and Morris Ave Bronx, NY. There are a combined total of 201 affordable apartments in this development that serve low-income families earning up to 60 percent and 80 percent ofs earning up to 60 percent and 80 percent of Area Median Income as well as formerly homeless individuals and families. The project also contains 31,000 S/F of ground floor retail and parking for 120 cars. 

Located at 1752 Walton Ave & 112 Henwood PL Bronx, NY. Walton contains 70 units and Henwood has 25 units, for a total of 105 units of affordable housing in these two buildings

Located at 679 Van Sideren Ave & 170 New Lots Ave Brooklyn, NY. The 155,000-square-foot complex will include 130 affordable rental apartments and more than 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail and community space.

Located at 321 E. 60th St Manhattan, NY.  The 25,000 square foot building contains 21 residential units. The building is 100% permanently affordable to low-income households.
